At Grasp Infotech, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality electronic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy explains how we can help.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and the purchase invoice.
  • Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product received
    • Product not functioning as described (verified by our service team)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used electronic accessories (like earphones, cables, adapters, etc.)
  • Software, antivirus, and license-based products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or power issues after delivery
  • Custom-built or special-order products

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product at
  2. Share your order ID, photos, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back to our store address.
  4. After inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (or bank transfer in case of COD).
  • In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped once the returned item is verified.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep all original packaging and invoices ready for verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.
