Graspion is a marketplace connecting independent vendors and customers. Product quality, description, and availability are the responsibility of the respective vendor.
Information provided at checkout (address, phone, payment) must be accurate. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Graspion acts as an intermediary. Vendors and delivery partners are responsible for product quality and delivery timelines; Graspion provides the platform connecting all parties.
Graspion may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Your data is shared only with the relevant vendor and delivery partner to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing companies.
Your data is stored in an encrypted, secure cloud database (Supabase). Payment processing is handled through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Graspion currently delivers to select pincodes. Please check your pincode before placing an order to confirm delivery availability.
Most local orders are delivered within 10–30 minutes, depending on vendor location and order volume. Products shipped Pan-India may take 3–7 business days.
Delivery is FREE for orders above ₹199. A delivery fee of ₹29 applies to orders below this amount.
If your delivery is running later than expected, please check the order tracking page or contact our support team.
Orders can be cancelled before they move to "Preparing" status. Once a vendor has packed or dispatched an order, cancellation is no longer possible.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
If a product was delivered in good condition and a return is requested without valid reason, the refund will be at the vendor's discretion. All returns require a valid reason and proof (such as a photo) and are subject to manual review before approval — refunds are never processed automatically.
Each product's price is clearly displayed on its page, inclusive of applicable GST/tax unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD, in select areas) — all payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
